I have been training with Sarah for the last 7 months. When I started training with Sarah I was a size 14, I am now a size 8!!!! I have never felt better about myself. Sarah has helped me to completely change my lifestyle and my diet. Sarah and I worked very hard together on my nutrition, I regularly kept food diaries which Sarah would review and offer feedback and suggestions. The great thing is that we did all of this without a crash diet. We made small and simple changes each week so I could make healthier choices. She also gave me lots of new recipes to try and made cooking fun again! We also worked hard in my sessions, these were great fun and always varied. I never dreaded a single session! Before I started seeing Sarah, I was really quite scared of exercise! I was out of the habit of training regularly and nervous to push myself. Sarah really helped me overcome that fear – from our first session I immediately felt comfortable and knew I was in truly expert hands. She paced my sessions perfectly in order to help build my fitness levels and give me the confidence to push myself. The results both physically and to my mental health have been utterly invaluable. On top of that, she’s a genuinely lovely person and I have enjoyed every session. I would recommend her to anyone!
I first approached Sarah around 1 and a half months before I was going to Mexico for a wedding – my goal was weight loss. Right from our first consultation, Sarah made me feel relaxed and really listened to my goals. She tailored all of my sessions to make sure I enjoyed them and kept me motivated throughout the sessions. One thing I really appreciated was her constantly making sure my posture and position was correct to avoid injuries. Sarah is a lovely PT who truly cares about her clients. I could not recommend her anymore. My initial goal was weight loss, but in reality the biggest benefit was how much my energy and confidence increased. Thank you so much Sarah.

Sarah’s an excellent coach and training partner. She tailors the sessions to help me achieve my goals, she gets stuck in and does the exercises with me, and offers some pretty decent banter to make the sessions more enjoyable. I also appreciate her willingness to provide plans for me to do additional training in between our sessions. I highly recommend Sarah!
I signed up with Sarah to kick start my fitness regime after a couple of injuries left me out of shape and struggling with motivation. Sarah manages to push me but with a few laughs along the way, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough as I’ve seen the impact my sessions with her make after a relatively short period of time.
Sarah has been an amazing mentor in this new journey of losing weight and getting fit. Being 9 months postpartum and still not happy with my shape and fitness I knew it was time to find some help! I’ve always had anxiety around fitness but Sarah from our first conversation, knew how to put me at ease, encourage me and guide me towards my goals. She’s been patient motivating and always makes sure each session is tailored for me.
