The sessions are motivating and fun and Sarah carefully plans our sessions, intelligently building on what we have done previously. She always checks on any injuries and adapts the program accordingly. She has extensive knowledge of exercise and the body and I have noticed a real difference in both my strength and fitness as a result of the sessions.
