Sarah also provides couples training sessions which are great fun, a real chance to bond with your partner and go through the wedding journey together.

Sarah’s long term goal, is to help you beyond the sessions. This is not a quick fix! Sarah’s aim is to educate you on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle so you stay trim, toned and looking your best after your big day and every day forever!
