Small Group Training Post Natal with Sarah

5 or 10 x 1 hour small group sessions (4-5 people per group).

Grab a group of your mamas and book a set of weekly sessions with Sarah. The best way to bounce back from baby, re gain strength, tone your body and shift any excess baby weight. A great way to also catch up with mamas who are also on the baby journey and compare notes.
